How do I book a cleaning?

Browse cleaners on the Explore screen, select a cleaner and service, choose an available time on their profile, and proceed to payment. Your booking is confirmed after payment succeeds.

Can I cancel or reschedule a job?

You can cancel before a job starts and any eligible refund is returned to the original payment method. Contact your cleaner directly to arrange a different time.

How does billing work?

Payment is taken securely at checkout. Purchased cleaning-package time is applied when you book an eligible slot. Invoices are available in Billing and Invoices.

What if my cleaner is late or does not show?

Open support chat and we will investigate. If the cleaner fails to attend without notice, you receive a full refund.

How do I update my property or cleaning preferences?

Go to Profile Settings to update your property details, access notes and cleaning preferences before an upcoming booking.

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. RentACleaner never stores raw card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
